Returns and Refunds

King Rock Royalty apparel and accessories are made to order. Please check the product description, color, and size guide before placing your order. Because each item is produced for your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selected at checkout, or other buyer preference. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email Kingrockroyalty@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when relevant. We will review the issue and, when confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Missing or lost packages

If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, email us within 30 days of that date with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the shipping and fulfillment provider and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

How returns work

Please contact us before sending anything back. Some issues can be resolved with photos and do not require a physical return. If a return is needed, we will provide the correct address and instructions after reviewing your request. Items sent to a supplier or any other address without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank or payment provider. For a confirmed production or fulfillment error, we will not charge you for the replacement or required return shipping.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct or cancel an order. Production can begin quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is in production.
